I do like given you fellers from Tejas heck. Started back when I wuz in the Army. All things considered, I've always been treated good and had a sometimes too good of a time when I wuz down that way. I like most things about Tejas, ceptin' these here:
1. When ya'll say lets go down the road a piece fer a beer, I can usually get 2 er 3 hours nap afore we git thar.
2. Ain't nuthin in the panhandle to stop the wind ceptin' bobwire fence.
3. If'n the wind ain't a blowin' and it's hotter than Hades then ye see folks nose deep in water, hangin' onto a tree top waitin' fer sumbody with a boat.
Oh heck, I like Tejas. Most folks here think I'm from Tejas er Carolina's er even Missussip. I guess I gotta slow, multi syllable way of talkin'. But if they don't like it, well, we knowd whut they can do, don't we?
