I got this feelin about 2006, and I started buyin some here and there at that time, and I buy a little each month since then,,,,,it adds up.  I just hit a real good sale a couple months back and got 5000 rounds, that finished me off.  Now I have 5000 for each major rifle.

Really not sure how much I've got in this house...a fair amount though. Had close to 2000 of the 45-70 cartridges at one time. Seems like 400-500 got turned into 45-60 though. Have 400-500 .220 Swift, guessing around 5000 of the .223/5.56 cartridge, a few hundred 30-30 and about the same with the rest except .22 longrifle...a couple thousand anyway. Also have plenty of reloading supplies to last me a few days. Cans of cast bullets/roundballs everywhere and 50 lbs. of blackpowder with around 5000 percussion caps and plenty of flints.  ;)

You insinuating that they cant see for 50 miles back east there?  In the daytime, I can see grain elevators 50 miles away, at night, I can see lights that are farther than that.  We like it that way.

Average daily wind speed here is 12 knots.  Today it is about 30 kts, cause it was calm yesterday, and it has to average out... (l@

I lived in Kansas for 15 years. Gave it a good long try. Only place in  the US I've ever been shot at. Not bad, but don't live there any more. (B$
